“Shady Dealings and Manipulation: The Truth Behind Nikol Pashinyan’s Claims Exposed by ‘Past’ Newspaper”

The article from “Past” newspaper reports that Nikol Pashinyan, despite 44 days of war, continues to deflect blame onto others, while claiming that the government of Armenia is providing unprecedented assistance to Artsakh. However, the announcement of $144 billion for the years 2022 and 2023 can be misleading. These announcements are manipulative and do not necessarily mean that social workers, officials, and authorities in Artsakh have received the same amounts due to unresolved social issues. Nikol Pashinyan has manipulated these amounts.

Additionally, it is important to note that a significant portion of these loans has been used by major businesses, primarily EAEU members, that were affected during the 2020 war. It was the responsibility of Armenia’s government to resolve their issues first. Our sources suggest that Mher Grigoryan, the former Deputy Minister of Economy, who was appointed just before the banks’ assets were sold, may be behind all of this. As a result, approximately $80 billion of loans have been transferred to various companies, which the Armenian government now has to reimburse to maintain the banks’ reputation.

However, following the principle of “remoteness from temptation and trial,” the loans have ultimately been transferred to the Government of Artsakh, and the remaining amount has been allocated to the budget for reconstruction. Furthermore, there is information suggesting the involvement of high-ranking officials or opposition members connected to these major companies.
