The issue concerning residents’ rights in relation to the construction project of the condo will soon be resolved. This was announced during a regular meeting of the executive body of the Yerevan municipality held on November 13. So far, approximately 900 housing units have been registered for this project. The current focus is on defining the boundaries of the houses and neighboring areas, as well as issuing property certificates.

In a significant development, starting today, heavy trucks weighing more than 2.5 tons will be prohibited from entering the central 40 streets and avenues of Yerevan. This restriction will be enforced between 07:00 and 21:00. This measure aims to alleviate traffic congestion and improve the overall safety in the city.
