“Armenian Security Council Secretary in Talks with EU and Russia over Trilateral Meeting; Debunks Reports of Russian Interference”
Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan, currently in Geneva and Tbilisi, will discuss the possibility of a meeting in the Yerevan – Baku – Moscow format with Toyvo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and negotiations with Russia. In an interview with journalists in Japan, Grigoryan confirmed that Armenia is willing to negotiate in a trilateral format in Brussels. However, he emphasized that all three parties involved need to agree on a suitable time for the meeting. Grigoryan dismissed claims that the Russian authorities are facilitating the negotiations, stating that this is not the case.
