The government has approved a list of individuals who will be receiving increased salaries in the fields of education, science, culture, and sports. This change in pay scale will correspond to a percentage increase of 70-100% of their current salary. The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports has decided that the increased salary will be determined for a period of 5 years starting from October 1, 2023.

The salary increase percentages are as follows: 70-79% for teachers who have demonstrated results exceeding 30%, 80-89% for teachers who have demonstrated results exceeding 40%, and 90-100% for teachers who have demonstrated results exceeding 50%.

It is important to note that individuals who are not working as teachers will also have the right to receive the salary increase and additional payment starting from the day of employment. The five-year term for providing the salary increase will be calculated from the date of hiring based on the same principle as the examination.

Furthermore, the Ministry has announced that a project is currently being implemented to provide a 200,000 AMD pay scale or a 60-69% salary increase for registered teachers.
