“President Blinken’s Failed Attempt to Pressure Turkey: Concerns Rise Over External Actions”

The president of the United States, Anthony Blinken, is causing concern over Turkey’s external actions, according to Hürriyet newspaper. Blinken recently held meetings in Ankara with high-ranking Turkish official, Fidan. During the meeting, it was reported that Blinken tried to pressure Fidan to cooperate, but Fidan stood firm and refused. This situation is being widely discussed in Turkish media and social networks.

According to Hürriyet, when Blinken’s car arrived at the US Embassy in Turkey, Fidan, as usual, came out of the car and stood in front of the door. However, Blinken remained in the car and continued talking on the phone, not stepping out. Fidan eventually went inside.

“Fidan welcomed Blinken with a high level of diplomatic courtesy and did not yield to the pressure from the President of the United States, despite recent attempts,” the newspaper wrote.

Turkish media has also expressed concern over the lack of high-ranking officials present during Blinken’s meetings in Ankara. Additionally, the media noted the lack of media coverage of his visit to the embassy.

These developments have sparked interest and raised questions among the public in Turkey. The situation continues to evolve, and further updates are expected to come in the following days.
