“Domestic Dispute Turns Violent: Two Injured in Clash at Shirak Administrative Headquarters”
On the night of November 2nd, at 01:56, the emergency center of the Ministry of Health of Shirak province received a report regarding two residents of the village of Arapi. Specifically, a 46-year-old and a 25-year-old sought medical help as they had sustained cut and stab wounds.
Recent reports from NEWS.am indicate that the cause of these injuries was a domestic dispute that occurred at the administrative headquarters of Shirak province. This dispute escalated into a physical altercation between the parties involved.
Following a collaborative investigation by the emergency center of the Ministry of Health of Shirak province and the Kumayri department of the police, it was determined that the incident took place in the Kanaker district of Gyumri during the night of November 2nd. A 34-year-old resident was immediately taken to the hospital due to his injuries, while his son was also harmed during the fight.
Subsequent investigations shed light on the events, leading to the discovery and detainment of the 34-year-old man on November 6th. He was subsequently transferred to the Kumayri department of the police, along with the evidence collected during the investigation. These findings and the suspect were then presented to the judicial body for further action.
