Renowned Armenian-Russian Artist and Director Yuri Solomin Hospitalized After Stroke: Critical Condition

Renowned Armenian-Russian artist and director Yuri Solomin, who recently suffered a stroke, has been urgently hospitalized, according to a report from Mash Telegram.

According to the report, the 88-year-old actor experienced dizziness and loss of consciousness while walking, leading to a call for immediate assistance from paramedics. When doctors arrived, Solomin had already regained consciousness, but he was quickly transported to the hospital. Currently, Solomin remains in critical condition at the hospital.

On November 6, Lenta.ru reported on Solomin’s urgent hospitalization in Moscow, highlighting the seriousness of the situation.

Solomin is known for his appearances in numerous films, including “The Legend of Suram Fortress,” “The Frog,” “The Meeting Place Cannot Be Changed,” and “The New Adventures of Major Zvyagin,” among others. He has an extensive filmography that features over 80 works. Additionally, Solomin has also worked as a director on films such as “The Leading Role,” “Sandglass in Brikmyl,” and “The Measure of His Life.”
