Israel’s ambassador Avicaya Adrian, a representative of the Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet), recently revealed to Sky News Arabia the significance of one of Hamas’s main targets in the Beit Hanoun area of the Gaza Strip. Adrian stated that they had conducted an investigation and provided valuable information to the Shin Bet regarding this target. This disclosure comes in the midst of Israel’s “Operation Guardian of the Walls,” a large-scale military operation launched on October 7 in response to rocket fire from Gaza. The operation aims to dismantle Hamas’s military infrastructure, including striking both military personnel’s homes and civilian targets, culminating in the apprehension of over 200 individuals. The local authorities report casualties of over 1,400, including 300 militants, and more than 5,000 injured. The Israeli Defense Forces had previously announced the elimination of more than 20 high-ranking Hamas military personnel.
