Yesterday, the court postponed the hearing of the case of Tatev Virabyan’s murder, giving the six female jurors a 20-day extension to reconsider the case. Arsen Babayan, Tatev Virabyan’s lawyer, shared this information on his Facebook page. It seems that the body of preliminary investigation is under pressure to expedite the process and hand over Tatev to Artsakh. The “Armenia” party has given its six female jurors the chance to review the case once again. A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday at 17:00, during which I will legally argue for reconsideration and advocate for her release from this crime,” Babayan explained.
