“Friendship Cup of the Prime Minister of Armenia: Exciting Football Tournament Set to Shake Parakar-Ejmiatsin!”
Mark your calendars! The highly anticipated “Friendship Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia” football tournament will be held on November 4 in Parakar-Ejmiatsin. According to the Ejmiatsin Municipality’s statement to NEWS.am, the first part of the tournament will be a closed event.
On the day of the tournament, from 11:00 to 17:00, the central square and all streets leading to it will be closed. This is to ensure the safety and smooth flow of the event. Additionally, the section of Machtots Avenue leading to Komitas Street, known as the “Surb Grigor Lusavorich” memorial, will be completely closed from 12:00 to 15:30.
But don’t worry, the closures are temporary as the competition heats up. At 15:30, Machtots Avenue will reopen, only to be closed again until Vazgen Sargsyan First Alley. This careful coordination of traffic control will allow the tournament to proceed uninterrupted.
The highlight of the day will be the tournament itself, beginning at 13:00. Football fans will have the opportunity to witness exciting matches and cheer for their favorite teams. And let’s not forget the grand finale – the award ceremony will take place at the central square of Ejmiatsin Komitas, bringing the tournament to a memorable conclusion.
Stay tuned for more updates and news from Armenia, as we continue to follow the latest developments in this prestigious football tournament.
