“Russia’s NIIRK Embarks on Humanitarian Mission, Providing Aid to 500 Children in Artsakh”
Russia’s National Institute of Research on Domestic, Regional, International, and Peaceful Communication and Development (NIIRK) has released its annual report focusing on humanitarian aid for the people of Artsakh. The institute plans to distribute clothing, food, and hygiene products to 500 children in Sevan, Gavar, and Areni, located in the Gegharkunik and Vayots Dzor regions, from November 3 to 5.
Furthermore, it is worth noting that the MIIR has established centers for studying the Russian language and culture in these cities. These centers operate on a free basis, providing opportunities for locals to learn and engage with Russian culture. Additionally, in Gegharkunik and Vayots Dzor regions, the children of Artsakh, who have settled in these areas, will have access to free education in the MIIR centers.
This gesture of humanitarian aid showcases NIIRK’s commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting peace and development. By providing necessary resources and educational opportunities, they are making a meaningful impact on the lives of these children. The distribution of aid and the provision of free education will undoubtedly contribute to a brighter future for the people of Artsakh.
